Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys and field measurements.
- Interpret deed descriptions and assist with boundary determinations.
- Create basemaps, topographic surveys, utility surveys, legal descriptions, and exhibits.
- Analyze and process survey data using Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
- Ensure compliance with surveying and legal standards.
- Work on projects from field to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire process.
Qualifications
- PLS or LSIT preferred but not required, depending on skill level
- 3+ years of land surveying experience
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Experience with Trimble GPS, robotic total stations, and Trimble Business Center
- Strong knowledge of field surveying procedures and boundary surveys in Northern Colorado
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary dependent on experience
